We’re seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong product instincts and deep technical expertise. You will lead complex initiatives end-to-end, working closely with engineering and business teams to translate technical possibilities into real product value. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and help shape our platform’s future. Manage customer onboarding to ensure successful outcomes, driving growth and retention. Collaborate with technical teams to train customers on using Topsort’s platform and features effectively. Set KPIs and success metrics, ensuring full ROI for clients. Ensure smooth transition to the Customer Success team by documenting client stakeholder roles. Improve onboarding processes and training materials to enhance the experience. Coordinate with client agencies and third parties to achieve desired outcomes. Work with the development team to ensure custom development meets client expectations and standards. Own the project, taking responsibility for successful implementation while working with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate user training and workshops to empower clients effectively. What (we think) you need to be successful We’re open to candidates who may not check all boxes but can demonstrate exceptional skills and potential. Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding. PM qualifications such as Agile, PMP. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proven success in delivering projects efficiently and on time. Understanding of Webhooks and APIs. Experience with AI-driven product recommendation tools and algorithms is a plus. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or Marketing Automation platforms.
