Senior Financial Operations Manager The Senior Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This includes managing cash flow projections, ensuring banking security, and planning fund transfers between entities. This role offers a structured career path toward a Finance Manager position. Treasury Responsibilities: Manage cash flow projections to ensure liquidity and stability; Ensure banking security by implementing robust risk management strategies; Plan fund transfers between entities to optimize financial efficiency; Accounts Payable Responsibilities: Coordinate payment cycles to ensure timely and accurate invoicing; Implement payment policies to monitor due dates for contracts; Support financial automation initiatives to streamline accounting processes; Accounts Receivable & Collections Responsibilities: Coordinate billing to ensure timely and accurate customer payments; Implement collection policies to minimize delinquency reports; Develop management reports to track revenue streams; Credit Responsibilities: Classify customers according to risk levels to inform credit decisions; Train commercial teams on credit rules and processes to ensure compliance; Maintain accurate credit performance records; Management & Strategy Responsibilities: Develop financial dashboards to inform business decisions; Liaise with partners, funds, and investors to drive strategic partnerships; Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement; Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics; Solid experience in financial operations, including treasury, accounts payable, and accounts receivable; Experience working with financial ERP systems; Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; Leadership profile with autonomy and strategic mindset; Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the real estate sector; Experience managing financial flows between entities; Proven experience implementing financial automation;
