Accounting Leadership Position We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to assume the role of Accounting Team Lead, overseeing all aspects of our financial operations. This key position plays a critical part in driving operational improvements and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting functions, including reconciliations and data management Manage payroll and contractor payments to guarantee accuracy and timeliness Supervise invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining healthy cash flow Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and automation initiatives Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in accounting, payroll, and financial operations Hands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: Our company offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and sick leave policies.
