Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering top technical talent in a competitive market. As a specialist in tech recruitment, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, develop sourcing strategies, and partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leaders. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including developers and product managers. Execute advanced sourcing strategies, market mapping, and headhunting. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools to build strong pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Drive KPIs for candidate submissions, interviews, and successful placements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our engineering teams to develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet their needs. This role requires: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, preferably in product-based companies or startups. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage high-volume hiring. Expertise in market mapping, headhunting, and advanced sourcing techniques. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Boolean search. Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus. Skilled at engaging technical talent and understanding niche skill sets. Strategic mindset, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management. Comfortable working in a hybrid model with office presence twice a week in São Paulo.
