We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and experience in HR, sales, administration or talent management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for independently recruiting and managing agencies, hosts, and coin-dealers, as well as engaging with and recruiting high-value resources.
They will also be accountable for formulating and executing recruitment strategies, and performing daily operational tasks as required.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to make friends with users, and possess a sales-oriented mindset with patience.
They should also enjoy using social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay, and be reliable and loyal with integrity and goal-oriented.
A minimum of one year of experience in app operation work is required.
