Job Summary:
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our Global/Group Management Office (GMO). This role focuses on the human and organizational dimensions of transformation, ensuring that initiatives are successfully adopted and sustained across the business.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Change Management Specialist (GMO)
- Proven experience in organizational change management, transformation, or related fields.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci) is a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
