Production Support Analyst at BairesDev We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to provide help and guidance to users with their ERP and internally developed tool requests by following pre‑established procedures, improving existing processes, and ensuring compliance through effective auditing. What You’ll Do Ensure all client requests are acknowledged and addressed promptly, maintaining a high level of responsiveness. Support the implementation of new audit frameworks and best practices to improve process efficiency. Conduct business audits to assess compliance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements. Interact with users to gain a better understanding of their requests, communicate any obstacles, and keep them updated about their requests. Solve simple and minor configuration issues. What We’re Looking For 2‑3 years of experience in tech support or similar roles. 1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, compliance, or process‑related role. 1+ year of customer‑facing experience with internal clients.
