We are seeking a Clinical Site Service Lead to oversee the daily tasks and operations of our team. This role involves managing daily activities, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring high performance and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, as well as professionalism and ability to work with diverse individuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) is required. This position requires the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will be familiar with clinical research and medical terminology, as well as GCP and regulatory requirements in LATAM regions. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required, with English proficiency being a plus. Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience is necessary for this position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks and operations, recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. You will also collaborate with staffing partners to address hiring needs and stay informed about recruitment trends and technologies in the LATAM region. You will set clear goals for the team and provide support to achieve them, monitoring performance metrics and providing coaching as needed. You will organize and lead team meetings, manage workload distribution, and assess team utilization regularly. Addressing performance issues and providing constructive feedback, you will communicate updates and escalations to leadership and present weekly progress reports to sponsors. You will act as a point of escalation for site-related issues, building strong partnerships with sites, clients, and study teams. Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and solve problems proactively. Key responsibilities include reviewing and understanding study protocols, using critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
