Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
City: Cotia, São Paulo
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end order management and delivering exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty and support revenue goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily order processing activities while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and analysis to support informed decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Lead or support digitalization efforts and process optimization initiatives to increase efficiency.
  • Independently resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all operations.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and manage routine interactions with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential issues and take preventive actions to continuously improve service levels.
  • Participate in demand reviews and collaborative planning processes with internal and external partners.
  • Support and contribute to cross-functional Customer Experience (CX) initiatives and projects.
You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain or logistics, including in a customer service-related role.
  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (required).
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong customer orientation and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships across teams and functions.
