Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support in addressing client problems and inquiries in SAP Solution Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on technical leadership in addressing client problems and inquiries in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), including requirements gathering, error analysis, and solution design
  • Advise internal teams and clients on complex logistics processes in the SAP environment
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions and oversee their testing and implementation
  • Support interfaces between 2nd and 3rd level support in the logistics area
  • Develop support processes, best practices, and knowledge management

Required Qualifications:

  • Complete education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related areas
  • Solid experience in SAP support, with a focus on logistics
  • Deep knowledge in SAP EWM and MM modules and other logistics components
  • Experience in customization and debugging
  • Analytical profile, with strong problem-solving skills and strategic vision
  • Fluent communication English, in addition to customer-oriented approach
