**Id da vaga**:19430**Cargo**:OSP Remote Support - Manager**Diretoria**:Chief Technology Information Officer**Breakdown**:CTIO Operations**UO**:Outside Plant Remote Support**Regional**: TIM SA RJ, ES e MG**Estado**:RIO DE JANEIRO**Cidade**:RIO DE JANEIRO**Descrição do Perfil****Principais Atividades**- Trabalhar em Sinergia com as áreas de Assurance e National Support, identificando elementos críticos ofensores;- Realizar a análise crítica de relatórios, dashboards, indicadores e apresentações gerenciais envolvendo questões técnicas dos projetos de Rede Óptica;- Realizar a gestão de equipe própria para planejamento e supervisão operacional em linha com as diretrizes da TIM (estratégia, padrão, processos, valores e cultura);- Preparar e conduzir reuniões com clientes internos e fornecedores;- Realizar interface com as áreas afins na melhoria contínua dos resultados;- Monitorar os indicadores de desempenho e atuar nos desvios junto as equipes próprias e terceiros;- Garantir a correta utilização das verbas orçamentárias destinadas à manutenção Corretiva da Rede Óptica;- Acompanhar e checar os cumprimentos dos processos previstos da área.**Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação**- Liderança de times multiskill em grandes players de Telecomunicações- Atuação na prestação de serviços de Telecomunicações- Conhecimento de Redes Ópticas Metropolitanas e Longa Distância- Gestão operacional e financeira de fornecedores/contratos- Visão estratégica orientada ao Negócio;- Superior completo nas áreas de Administração, Tecnologia ou Engenharia e MBA em Gestão de Projetos/Pessoas será um diferencial.
