Overview Join MongoDB as a Principal Partner Specialist to drive new business through our cloud partner ecosystem. Based in São Paulo, you will own the Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy with Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and MongoDB, leveraging executive relationships to secure large‑scale transformation opportunities. Responsibilities Build and leverage executive‑level relationships between Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and MongoDB to create and close business. Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline through the cloud partner channel. Drive large and strategic deals in partnership with the MongoDB field sales, partner, and cloud partner sales teams. Interlock with the Global Cloud Program team for backup, support, and pipeline generation. Own quota for generating new business and uncovering new workloads/logos via cloud partners. Generate strategic joint pipeline with Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure and support their direct sales force on defined end‑user sales pursuits. Forecast co‑sell Net ARR and source new workloads by cloud partners to sales leadership on a weekly basis. Requirements 8+ years of quota‑carrying direct strategic sales or partner/channel sales experience, ideally co‑selling with hyperscalers. Solid pipeline generation experience. Experience working in a heavy sales matrix model. Relevant experience and knowledge of open source, enterprise software, SaaS, database, or cloud computing. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven ability to drive complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholder management. Experience developing successful and scalable technology partnership programs. Ability to engage and influence C‑Level executives. Consistent over‑achievement. College degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, science, math or similar. High EQ, self‑aware, and aptitude to learn quickly. Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and gain buy‑in from a wide array of stakeholders. Passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software and developing an in‑depth understanding of MongoDB products.
