IT Recruiter at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates to staff ongoing IT opportunities. In this role, you will serve as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, analyze, select, prepare, and present candidates, manage the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, and staff open positions while ensuring time-to-market and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and process- and business-minded. Collaboration and a team-first attitude are essential. The role requires the Recruiter to be articulate and eloquent in English.

What You'll Do
  • Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
  • Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
  • Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
  • Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

  • Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present candidates effectively.
  • Nice to have: previous IT industry knowledge or technical background.
  • Advanced level of English.
