Customer Experience Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive customer experience coordinator to join our team. Exceed Customer Expectations : Our ideal candidate is driven by delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer satisfaction. Manage Customer Interactions : The successful candidate will manage calls with customers and technicians, ensuring seamless communication and maintaining a friendly tone. Schedule Installations : With attention to detail, the coordinator will schedule, confirm, or reschedule installations efficiently. Notify Customers : The coordinator will notify customers of their time windows, keeping everyone informed and up-to-date. Assign Tasks : Send routes and job assignments to technicians for the next day, ensuring smooth operations. Provide Updates : Call techs for ETA updates and relay real-time information to customers, maintaining transparency. Respond to Queries : Respond to emails and assist incoming calls when needed, demonstrating a helpful attitude. Handle Escalations : Confidently handle escalated situations, using empathy and a calm voice to resolve issues. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles (field-service coordination experience preferred). Advanced English fluency (C1 or C2 level): confident communication on the phone and in writing. Able to multitask effectively while staying positive and focused. Independent and highly responsible: taking initiative and meeting deadlines.
