PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

· Construir/ Definir estratégia do grupo de Key Accounts alinhado a estratégia da DHL Express Brasil e Regional

· Construir e elaborar com a equipe estratégia diversificada, com foco em cada setor da indústria brasileira e suas oportunidades para o ano.

· Trazer e compartilhar informações relevantes de mercado para a construção de uma sólida estratégia comercial no Brasil

· Colaborar na busca e conversão de clientes potenciais, acelerando o crescimento de nosso negócio no país.

· Ser o ponto focal de comunicação com a Regional da DHL Express definindo métricas e planos de desenvolvimento para clientes globais e regionais.

· Acompanhar principais KPIs de vendas e garantir que a equipe esteja sendo liderada para atingir resultados. Capacidade de ajustar o plano estratégico com agilidade, se necessário.

· Desenvolver pessoas, ajudar a equipe a usar o seu melhor potencial como grupo e individual

· Realizar regularmente sessões de coaching e feedbacks, garantindo o melhor equilíbrio entre respeito e resultado

· Participar ativamente das discussões e definições da estratégia Brasil em colaboração com a liderança sênior de vendas da DHL Express local

Gestão do time de 10 pessoas.

SEU PERFIL:

· Graduação completa

· Experiência em cargo de liderança, preferencialmente comercial

· Inglês Fluente

· Ser positivo diante dos desafios.

· Conhecimento do mercado de carga aérea no Brasil pode ser um diferencial
