Overview At Publicis Group, we are committed to optimizing and automating our cloud operations to ensure agility, reliability, and scalability across our environments. We are looking for a detail-oriented Cloud Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), scripting (PowerShell or other languages), and cloud automation. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving automation scripts, managing ServiceNow tickets, and supporting cloud-related operational tasks. Responsibilities Implement and support cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads Develop standard IaC templates Work with Developers to select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools. Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations Troubleshooting and resolving pipeline errors for code deployments and recurring jobs, Kubernetes implementation issues and root cause analysis. Continuous Integration Design and implement end to end CI/CD workflow for multiple apps based on traditional as well as Microservice architecture using Devops toolchain. Use Jenkins to create CI/CD pipelines for various apps and automated self-provisioning pipelines for DEV and QA teams to reduce any manual efforts. Strong knowledge in Jenkins scripting eg groovy pipeline. Qualifications Cloud Services Experience on Cloud services – IaaS / PaaS. DevOps Tools & Technologies Strong knowledge on DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, and Ansible. Strong experience on Infrastructure Automation such as Terraform. Familiarity with version control systems, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and release automation tools. Strong knowledge in Jenkins scripting. Scripting & Programming Well versed with any scripting language – PowerShell / Groovy / Python. Project Management & Coordination Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating complex, multi-team projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Release Management & Methodologies Knowledge of release management best practices and methodologies. Personal Attributes & Organizational Skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
