Senior Aws Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology future of Landmark Group working at our HQ in Dubai, UAE. Be the technical lead on key projects, responsible for designing end-to-end solutions that meet business needs, align with our enterprise architecture standards, and are scalable, reliable, and secure. You will translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints and work closely with development teams to guide them through successful implementation. This is a hands-on role that bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Lead the design of comprehensive solution architectures for specific projects or business capabilities
• Requirements Translation: Work with Business Analysts and Product Managers to analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend the best-fit technologies, frameworks, and platforms for each solution, balancing cost, performance, and strategic alignment
• Blueprint Creation: Produce clear and detailed architecture design documents, system context diagrams, integration diagrams, and API specifications
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with enterprise architects, data architects, security teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions adhere to governance and compliance standards
• Implementation Guidance: Provide ongoing technical guidance and oversight to agile development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to deployment
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and design issues that arise during project execution
• Vendor Management: Technically evaluate third-party vendors and solutions, and manage the technical integration of purchased software

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, distributed solutions, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures (Microservices, Serverless, Containers)
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, API design (REST, GraphQL), and middleware technologies
• Experience with modern development practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Automation Senior Cloud Solution Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of an AI-driven automation capability. The role focuses on architecting scalable, end-to-end solutions that integrate advanced data processing, intuitive web interfaces, and intelligent automation, while engaging with Enterprise Architecture, business leaders, and Cyber/Privacy/Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Software Excellence & Talent Development: Promote SDLC best practices, mentor developers, and foster a high-performing engineering culture
• Lead Automation Use Cases Architecture: Work with Product Managers, automation engineers, and stakeholders to design automation across business and enterprise architecture
• End-to-End Platform Development: Build front-end (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and back-end (Python, FastAPI, Node.js) layers for GenAI workflows
• API & Agent Framework Integration: Design REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and vector databases
• ETL & Data Pipeline Architecture: Architect real-time and batch data pipelines and ensure data flow between GenAI services, databases, and UIs
• Cloud-Native Deployment & Monitoring: Use Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD; apply MLOps practices for AI components
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with AI researchers, product managers, and delivery teams

Qualifications (Overview)

• Cloud Platform Proficiency: 5+ years in architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-based apps; Azure experience valued; familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless
• CI/CD/DevSecOps: Experience with modern DevOps practices
• Architecture Design: Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture; experience with SQL Server and API development
• .NET Development: Proficient in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework; knowledge of Blazor or ASP.NET MVC
