This position is strategic and critical for promoting excellence in people management across all aspects of the educational experience offered at our three campuses. Responsibilities and assignments Human Development Program:
Design and implement innovative human development programs, fostering continuous growth for employees. Collaborate with team leaders to identify specific training and development needs for each campus. Develop engagement strategies to strengthen the organizational culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Collaborate on initiatives that encourage collaboration and a sense of community among team members. Performance Management:
Facilitate performance evaluation processes and provide constructive feedback to employees and leaders. Work closely with managers to identify opportunities for improvement and individual development. Ensure consistency in people management practices across all campuses, promoting the standardization of processes and policies. Facilitate collaboration and the exchange of best practices among different locations. Requirements and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in People Management Business Partner roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid interpersonal relationships. Strategic vision and the ability to align people management objectives with organizational goals. Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
