The
Senior HRBP
acts as a strategic partner to leadership and business areas, ensuring the execution of people strategies in alignment with organizational objectives. They are responsible for supporting leaders in decision-making related to talent management, organizational development, culture, performance, succession, engagement, and change management, as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation.
*You will also be responsible for:*
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, influencing decisions with a focus on people and culture.
- Lead initiatives related to performance management, succession planning, organizational climate, individual development plans (IDPs), and talent management.
- Support compensation processes, internal mobility, promotions, and retention strategies.
- Serve as a focal point for change management, providing consultative support in restructuring processes, organizational transitions, and onboarding of new leaders.
- Conduct internal investigations, support disciplinary processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor legislation.
- Analyze people metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.) and propose corrective or improvement actions.
- Facilitate communication between HR specialist areas (Recruitment, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, Labor Law, etc.) and business teams.
- Promote and embed the company's culture and values across supported areas.
Main requirements for this position:
- Fluent in English;
- Proven experience as an HRBP supporting commercial teams.
- Background as an HRBP in the commercial/business function.
- Analytical profile, detail-oriented and solution-focused;
- Excellent communication skills.
