The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
HR Business Partner
to join our team in
São Paulo
, providing strategic and operational HR support to our
Commercial Division
across Brazil. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on HR professional to help shape people strategies that drive business performance and employee engagement within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leaders, building strong, influential relationships across all levels of the business.
- Partner with management teams to design and implement people strategies that enable growth, productivity, and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead and support core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, and succession planning.
- Drive recruitment initiatives for commercial roles, ensuring we attract top‑tier talent aligned with Patria's culture and business objectives.
- Support employee development, coaching leaders on best practices in engagement, retention, and career progression.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to ensure consistency in policies, compliance, and employee experience.
- Actively identify HR opportunities and challenges, using data and insights to propose solutions that create measurable value.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
in HR, with a focus on
Business Partnership, Talent Management, and Recruitment
. - Strong track record of stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Solid understanding of Brazilian labour legislation and best HR practices.
- Strategic yet pragmatic thinker, able to balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day operations.
- Fluent in
Portuguese and English
; Spanish is an advantage.
