Overview

We are building the first global digital regulatory infrastructure, powered by AI, connecting regulators and companies in 20+ countries. If you love data, innovation, and technology, and want to grow with a fast-scaling startup, this role is for you.

Location: Remote
Contract: Full-time. Permanent

What you will do
  • Update & organize regulatory databases across 20+ countries.
  • Structure efficient processes for data collection & standardization.
  • Work with Airtable, S3, Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with the innovation / tech team to integrate data into AI applications.
  • Use automation tools (N8N, ChatGPT) to accelerate processes.
  • Produce reports & track progress in ClickUp.
What we are looking for
  • Experience in data management / organization.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Basic–intermediate knowledge of regulation / compliance / legal (a plus).
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills & eagerness to learn.
  • CDMP certification (plus).
  • Nice-to-have: SQL (Postgres / MySQL / SQL Server).
  • Legal background transitioning into tech / data.
  • Experience with automations (N8N, APIs, no-code tools).
  • Startup or international project experience.
