Are you?****Responsabilidades e atribuições**- Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, and Instagram.- Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling ad creatives and ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to create highly targeted ad campaigns that resonate with our key demographics.- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging A/B testing and other performance-enhancing strategies.- Report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for future campaigns.- Manage and allocate a social media budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the paid social space.- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media strategies with broader business objectives and marketing campaigns.**Requisitos e qualificações**- 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in the same or higher position.- English language level B2, knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.
