1) Open the ticket to start the customer's Set Up process on the platform;
2) Follow the Set Up process supporting the account manager;
3) Register and keep all the content of the Product Catalog updated on the Intellibrand platform;
4) Support the account manager in updating indicators within the admin module;
5) Follow-up in internal areas to ensure compliance with deadlines (ED / SUPPORT);
6) Participate in weekly meetings with the Intellibrand manager to align the week's demands;
7) Open calls to the Support team and the Excellence Delivery team;
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Fluent English and Advanced Spanish (Desired);
Ability to multi-task and stay organized;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail;
Ability to interact collaboratively with diverse groups
Full of energy and engaged.
