Привет Мы команда, которая отвечает за сайт поддержки «Лаборатории Касперского», управление знаниями и пользовательский опыт в департаменте поддержки. Наша задача — заботиться о клиентах и помогать им быстро находить ответы на возникающие вопросы. Мы ищем коллегу, который присоединится к нам в роли SEO Manager, и повысит качество поиска информационных ресурсов с помощью внешних и внутренних поисковых систем. Аудит текущего состояния сайта, определение необходимого объема работ для успешной индексации страниц. Проведение технического SEO-аудита и последующая техническая оптимизация сайта: внедрение микроразметки, robots.txt, sitemap, canonical, redirects, улучшение скорости загрузки, мобильной адаптации, структуры сайта и т.д). Формулировка гипотез, экспериментов, ТЗ для разработчиков/техписателей и контроль их выполнения. Анализ поискового трафика, отслеживание эффекта от внедрений, ведение отчетов по результатам продвижения. Разработка и реализация долгосрочной SEO-стратегии, поиск точек роста и развития сайта технической поддержки и других веб-ресурсов поддержки. Требования к соискателям: Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции от 2-х лет. Понимание алгоритмов и особенностей работы поисковых систем, знание методов поисковой оптимизации и факторов ранжирования. Владение набором SEO-инструментов (Яндекс Метрика, Google Search Console, Яндекс Вебмастер, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, SemRush, Keycollector, Аhrefs и др.). Сильные аналитические способности, умение вникать в новые предметные области, готовность обучаться внутренним инструментам и системам. Опыт составления больших семантических ядер. Умение эффективно взаимодействовать с разными командами (техписателями/аналитиками/разработчиками/дизайнерами), формулировать ТЗ и аргументировать позицию. Регулярное отслеживание трендов и нововведений в области SEO. Английский – не ниже B1. Готовность рассказать на собеседовании о своих кейсах. Будет плюсом: Опыт работы с CMS-системами (SDL Tridion будет преимуществом), Навыки верстки и опыт интеграции новых модулей или страниц. Опыт глобального продвижения на несколько стран.
