As District Sales Manager you will be responsible for Ensuring that the strategy originated in the MKT plan will be executed in sales, with all its assumptions, in accordance with local regulations, DSM standards and customer satisfaction of the customers.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensure the development of strategy, projects and implementation of actions commercial operations, aiming at meeting the objectives and safety of operations, billing and anticipated profitability.
- Create the ideal customer service models, according to their needs and regionalization.
- Participate in the elaboration of the company's strategy and advise the Board of Directors in the processes of decision making.
- Develop and carry out the regional sales plan for Ruminants in line with the global growth and innovation strategy.
- Accomplish the sales objectives and maximize the own return on sales (ROS) area, taking development to the sales team and optimizing sales processes.
