Nosso propósito é ser agente transformador na vida das pessoas por meio da educação customer centric. Agora, estamos buscando um SDR Pleno com experiência em vendas business, na região de Jundiaí-SP para integrar nosso time.
Missão do Cargo:
Sua principal missão será a qualificação de leads e o desenvolvimento de oportunidades de vendas, gerando impacto na conversão de novos clientes corporativos e contribuindo diretamente para o sucesso do nosso time comercial.
Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
- Realizar diagnósticos detalhados das oportunidades, identificando desafios e necessidades dos leads.
- Qualificar leads usando metodologias de vendas avançadas como SPIN Selling e BANT .
- Estabelecer uma comunicação eficaz e de alta performance com os leads, garantindo o entendimento profundo das suas demandas.
- Realizar prospecção ativa, agendando reuniões para os nossos Closer Sellers e acompanhando o fluxo do funil de vendas.
- Manter um relacionamento contínuo com leads, garantindo follow-ups precisos e eficazes.
- Registrar e organizar todas as interações e fases da venda em nosso CRM.
- Colaborar com o time de Vendas e Marketing, fornecendo feedbacks valiosos para o aprimoramento da estratégia de captação de leads.
- Acompanhar e reportar os principais KPIs de vendas e metas.
Requisitos e Qualificações:
- Excelente oratória e habilidade de comunicação.
- Residir em Jundiaí -SP ou região .
- Experiência prévia em qualificação de leads B2B.
- Familiaridade com metodologias como SPIN Selling , BANT ou outras técnicas de qualificação.
- Capacidade analítica para compreender desafios de negócios e oferecer soluções apropriadas.
- Habilidade de organização e disciplina no cumprimento de processos e metas.
- Vontade de aprender e se adaptar rapidamente a novos cenários e desafios.
- Trabalho em equipe e colaboração com diferentes áreas da empresa.
- Experiência prévia com OKRs será um diferencial.
