POSITIONS SUMMARY:

Account Manager:
Manages relationships with sellers, ensuring their success and satisfaction within the marketplace platform.

Hunting:
Focuses on identifying and onboarding new sellers, expanding the range of offerings and driving growth.

Seller Service:
Provides support to sellers, addressing their needs and helping them optimize their experience and performance on the platform.

REQUIREMENTS:

For Brazil Marketplace we usually look for people with:
● Bachelor's degree or above;
● Experience withMarketplace;
● Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs;
● Logical and problem-oriented thinking;
● Good analyticalskill;
● Excellent communication skills;
● Proeficient in Microsoft Excel;
● Advanced English or Mandarin is a plus.

Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of sellers, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed in the marketplace. You will be responsible for managing relationships with sellers, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with sellers
• Identify and onboard new sellers
• Expand the range of offerings and drive growth
• Provide ongoing support to sellers
• Address their needs and help them optimize their experience and performance on the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business tools
