**Job Summary**:Responsible for update and executing strategic initiatives that align with our vision and the businesses strategy. This role is crucial in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing processes, and ensuring our strategies are effectively implemented across the region. Responsible for forefront of driving our innovation, technological advancements, and expansion efforts.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation, technological advancements, and market expansion in the LATAM region.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage new market opportunities and technological trends.- Conduct thorough market analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify competitive advantages.- Lead the development of business cases for new initiatives, investments, and partnerships.- Ensure alignment of regional strategies with global corporate objectives and industry best practices.- Provide strategic guidance and support to regional leadership teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within the chemical industry, preferably in the LATAM region.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and technology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.- Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics and business environment.- Fluency in English and desired SpanishLI-hybridLI-PV1**Segmento de vagas**:Strategic Planning, Chemical Engineer, MBA, Manager, Strategy, Engineering, Management
