**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation, technological advancements, and market expansion in the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage new market opportunities and technological trends.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify competitive advantages.
- Lead the development of business cases for new initiatives, investments, and partnerships.
- Ensure alignment of regional strategies with global corporate objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to regional leadership teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
