Sr Project Management Specialist

**Team Overview and Job responsibilities** We are looking for **a Sr. Project Management Specialist** to join our team.Based in Vila Velha, ES, Brazil, and reporting to the Project Management Manager, you will oversee the management of SURF projects in strict adherence to established policies, guidelines, strategies, and legislation. As a PM, your responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring precise execution, managing project margins and deadlines, coordinating departmental demands, and providing regular project status updates to both internal and external clients and immediate leadership. Additionally, you will maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders involved.**You will focus on the following activities:**1. Create structured project plans in accordance with Prysmian's guidelines and customer requirements. Control deadlines and costs. Take proactive measures and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project milestones are achieved as planned.2. Manage project execution by facilitating communication between internal and external clients. Conduct project risk analysis and track risks throughout execution.3. Participate in negotiating and optimizing projects to reduce costs and enhance expected margins. Facilitate meetings with clients for technical and commercial discussions.4. Prepare evaluation and monitoring reports on project status, cost control, margins, and deadlines. Provide resources and support to ensure projects meet quality criteria and comply with established standards.5. Focus on improving and implementing internal tools for project execution control. Apply lessons learned from past projects to prevent similar issues in future projects. Como PM, suas responsabilidades incluem lidar e liderar equipes multidisciplinares, supervisionar a execução, margens e prazos dos projetos, organizar as demandas dos diversos departamentos, relatar o status de cada projeto aos respectivos clientes (internos e externos) e à liderança imediata. Além disso, você terá a atribuição de manter um canal de comunicação eficaz com todas as partes envolvidas.**Atividades principais:**1. Criar planos de projeto estruturados de acordo com as diretrizes da Prysmian e os requisitos do cliente. Controlar prazos e custos. Tomar medidas proativas e implementar ações corretivas conforme necessário para garantir que os marcos do projeto sejam alcançados conforme planejado.2. Gerenciar a execução do projeto facilitando a comunicação entre clientes internos e externos. Realizar análise de riscos do projeto e acompanhar os riscos durante a execução.3. Participar da negociação e otimização de projetos para reduzir custos e aumentar as margens esperadas. Facilitar reuniões com clientes para discussões técnicas e comerciais.4. Preparar relatórios de avaliação e monitoramento sobre o status do projeto, controle de custos, margens e prazos. Fornecer recursos e suporte para garantir que os projetos atendam aos critérios de qualidade e estejam em conformidade com os padrões estabelecidos.5. Focar na melhoria e implementação de ferramentas internas para controle da execução do projeto.
