Your role

Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function forward?

We’re looking for a vendor management analyst to:

  1. be responsible for vendor management in IT team, interacting with local and global providers
  2. participate on Stand Alone and Master Agreements construction, purchase orders and services requests
  3. conduct a weekly activity review with stakeholders and follow-up on pending items
  4. conduct cyclical meetings with critical providers, prepare meeting notes on discussed topics and upload evidence on Lojistic Platform
  5. conduct regular KPCIs (ex.: CM4 – CM5 – CM9) related with Vendor Management framework in UBS
  6. participate on vendors Operational Consolidated Risk Assessment
  7. contribute with IT finance controls, integrating contracts forecast along with budget control and invoice payments
  8. manage a portfolio of projects ranging from quick tasks such as pulling a headcount report to longer term strategic initiatives over several months
  9. work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units
Your team

You’ll be working in the IT business management team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the IT team performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities.

Your expertise
  • ideally +5 years of experience working in a similar role
  • knowledge about vendor management
  • knowledge about contract management
  • Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • very organized and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
  • quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
  • Portuguese fluency is required, along with English
