We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Payroll Brazil, Social Security obligations, Employment and Tax law fields who will be in charge of delivering payroll audits on a regular basis. The ideal individual is passionate about payroll matters and willing to partner with different Amazon teams to optimize Payroll controls including designing risk assessments, detailing governance programs, and evaluating policies and processes.

- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
- Experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
