We are seeking a skilled Salesforce implementation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Gather business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and documenting functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
- Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Prepare technical reports and dashboards by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare training materials for end-users.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing.
- Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
- Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Basic programming/scripting in Apex and SOQL is advantageous.
