Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Operations Specialist to bring expertise, discipline, and results to our Sales and Marketing teams.The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, with a strong focus on process improvement, data analysis, and leadership.They will be responsible for overseeing team performance, implementing corrective action plans, and identifying growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Sales team performance, driving underperformance towards targetsManage HubSpot administration, creating actionable reporting for executive-level insightsImplement corrective action plans when off track, and identify growth opportunities when aheadAnalyze dips using AI tools and lead improvement projects to completionDevelop a comprehensive Sales Playbook to ensure consistency and efficiencyRequirementsFluent English (written & spoken) with exceptional communication skillsHands-on systems implementer: HubSpot admin skills, ClickUp workflow design, advanced Google Sheets/ExcelStrong process design, implementation, and improvement skillsExceptional data analysis ability — spot trends and act decisivelyExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbout This RoleThis is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
