Fox Human Capital is supporting a company that provides integrated solutions, products, and services to the global energy industry with the position of Planning Manager in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
: Review the project and Hand over to manufacturing;
: Establish the correct sequencing of production activities;
: Identify and mitigate potential impacts on production;
: Manage conflicts of interest between different projects;
: Schedule information to Tender;
: MRP Controlling for Make/buy Items;
: Control the progress of production and establish weekly follow up to Project Managers;
: Ensure that Make-Buy Strategy is being followed in each project execution at our manufacturing plant, as well as in outsourcing initiatives by Supply Chain department;
: Plan and control the production of all components and assemblies that were defined to be manufactured at our plant.
: Owner of the main production planning processes: Slot Plan, Master Plan, Workload and Capacity Forecasting, MRP Controlling for Make and Buy (Procured) Items, Monitoring the Progress of the production and maintenance availability consequently. On top of that, schedule information to Tender and material acquisition's follow up directly with the procurement team.
: Develop and Perform good relations among Project, Quality, Financial, Warehouse, Procurement and Manufacturing teams.
: Responsibly to at all times be fully updated on the policies, procedures and guidelines posted Subsea OS and Corporate eNet.
**Requirements**:
: Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines (Business Administration, Engineering, etc);
: 7 years of experience in the planning area;
: 3 years of experience in lead planning positions in Engineering-to-Order type of business;
: Good English.
