**BAT BRAZIL IS LOOKING FOR A DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of Marketing - SP&I
**Reports to**:Marketing Information Manager
**Reporting Level**:Managerial
**Geographic Scope**:Brazil
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Drive continuous execution of FMC demand planning process in BR, according to business objectives (share, volume, NTO, UOP)
- Provide insights to facilitate planning process. Focus on performance drivers and business opportunities/priorities for share growth
- Propose and Track the Demand forecast against plan and competitors, challenging stakeholders to delivery consistently share growth
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives with high impact on demand forecast (propose Business Case assumptions, lead Performance tracking)
- Collaborate with Analytic/Data driven mindset spread, evolving tools, KPIs and way of work to be more and more agile and bold
- Responsible for all demand and performance planning for Brazil and Cuba
- Responsible for monitoring performance, achievement of goals and market share
- Focus on strategic and tactical planning

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Market Intelligence, performance and planning, preferred in FMCGs industries.
- Able to articulately present and debate strategic recommendations with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a particular passion for technology.
- A collaborative mindset, sense of curiosity, and desire for impact.
- Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- High tolerance for change.
- Very proactive and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced fluency in English required.
- Presentations and storytelling.
- Stakeholder and people management experience.
