Payment Operations Global Processing Specialist – São Paulo, Brazil.

More about the mission: we are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to pioneer a Global Processing team in São Paulo to help our customers receive their funds faster globally. Responsibilities
  • Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of daily tasks related to payment processing
  • Supporting the team by reaching role-specific SLAs and KPIs which contribute to the team's main performance metrics
  • Detecting and escalating domain-related problems and complex issues to regional Payment Operations teams, ensuring timely and relevant communication with stakeholders
  • Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates
