Growth Marketer (Part-Time) – Room to Grow Into Head Of MarketingJoin Go Running Tours , a global running company passionate about connecting runners and businesses worldwide. About the roleWe are looking for a Growth Marketer responsible for B2C and B2B marketing activities across fast‑growing markets. The role involves both creative and analytical work, driving campaign performance and exploring new channels and markets. ResponsibilitiesOwn email marketing: craft copy, optimize flows, build automations, analyze data, and improve newsletter performance. Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and test, learn, and scale what works. Generate new growth opportunities: research markets, test initiatives in pilot cities, then scale across destinations. Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners and companies. Collaborate closely with the founder; remote work with minimal meetings. Qualifications & TraitsAnalytical and structured mindset with creative copy skills. Attention to detail, systematic approach to new ideas and markets. Experience in email marketing, data/automation, and digital advertising. Strong execution focus; fast mover, collaborator, growth‑driven. Passion for running and bridging cultures; ability to work 25 hrs/week remotely. Compensation & HoursUSD 1,400 per month. 25 hours per week, managed via Upwork.
