About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, performant, and testable code that contributes to company-wide initiatives.

We're looking for a seasoned professional who can develop using Elixir, Ruby, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Kafka, AWS/Lambda, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.

You'll have input into technical decisions shaping future software systems and learn new software design patterns or initiatives to push the company forward.

Prioritize reviewing pull requests and providing constructive feedback while pairing up with a team member to work together on features.

Deploy user-facing code to production and act as a strong partner to product and engineering management.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5+ years of software engineering experience.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Understanding of reusable components and building component libraries.
  4. Building production-ready web applications and systems.
  5. Passionate about testing practices and continuous improvement.
  6. Experience with Elixir, Erlang, Ruby, Javascript, NextJS, or another programming language.
  7. Familiarity with common programming tools.
  8. Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  9. Familiarity with event-based architectures and database fundamentals.
  10. Enthusiasm for solving problems with technology.
  11. Curiosity about retail/e-commerce and sustainable luxury goods.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and React.
  2. Experience with Kafka for event-streaming.
  3. Experience with GraphQL.
  4. Experience with Storybook.
  5. Experience building microservices.
  6. Experience building eCommerce platforms.
  7. Experience working with a CMS.

Average salary in Brasil: R$80.000 - R$150.000 per year
