We have an amazing opportunity for a Media Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the marketing intelligence and insight manager through their ability to plan, coordinate and monitor broadcast media & OOH. The ideal candidate will scope, define projects, and manage project execution, as well as engage with relevant internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a variety of projects and tasks.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

  1. Provide support to the Marketing Intelligence and Insight Manager and assist with day-to-day tasks and admin requirements.
  2. Assist with the Planning of Broadcast Media (Television, Radio, Press, Print, Out of Home and Cinema).
  3. Assist with analysing and streamlining processes to improve efficiencies, collaboration and engagement across departments/businesses.
  4. Trafficking of briefs between the Media and Production department.
  5. Ensure Creative Services deliver Flighting Codes and Material to Station on time every month.
  6. Ensure internal stakeholders and management are kept updated with the proposed project campaigns, project plans and budgets.
  7. Clearly communicate objectives, timelines and plans to all stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and provide detailed reporting on all projects, ensuring these are constantly optimised and improved.
  9. Collaborate with Creative Services Teams, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and are aligned to our brand.
  10. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective campaigns.
  11. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Teams across the business as well as external stakeholders.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  1. Solid understanding of through-the-line, integrated marketing principles.
  2. Highly proficient in Excel.
  3. Established working relationships with Media Owners highly advantageous.
  4. Exceptional project management skills, driving multiple initiatives and roll outs to meet tight deadlines.
  5. Able to work quickly, able to experiment and amend approach based on data analysis and results.

People:

  1. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  2. Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills.
  3. Work closely with Marketing Intelligence Manager to optimise workflows, review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present solutions.
  4. Constant self-improvement to ensure your Team consistently performs above standard.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  6. Liaising with Media Owner in order to fulfil chaselists.
  7. Liaising with HWBs Production Teams in order to fulfil chaselists.

Business Development:

Use strong analytical abilities to assess the efficacy of campaigns. Ensure a thorough understanding of our customers and products and be empathetic about how we communicate with our stakeholders and customers.

Analytics & Reporting:

Using Teams/Monday.com to report on project status. Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
