We have an amazing opportunity for Marketing and Events Coordinator. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and support the marketing department activities, creating and delivering content, marketing ideas and activities, coordinating events and handovers, concepts and marketing materials, managing projects, and ensuring company messages are consistent.

You Bring:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • 1-2 years of Marketing/Events experience
  • Computer literate

A Bonus To Have:

  • Completed or studying towards a related diploma/degree

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

  • Work directly with the Marketing Manager to support the department initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing, events, and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing strategy objectives and sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations as well as updating calendars.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders and verifying receipts.
  • Manage events including planning, branding, and working with social media, video, and the full marketing team for big handovers.
  • Support regional marketing teams with major CSI campaigns and region-specific campaigns.
  • Identify branding and partnership opportunities as well as new business opportunities.
  • Amplify CSI projects for the benefit of growing the Hollywood brand.
  • Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
  • Provide support to all marketing functions of the business.
  • Develop fresh story ideas.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that marketing activities are in line with the larger goals of the entire company.
  • Create BRDs and test Adhoc functions as required.
