Responsibilities Oversee all operational activities of the team (Queue Manager and Tech levels 1, 2, 3). Ensure compliance with company (TCS) and client (Citi) policies, standards, and code of conduct. Manage team training and performance. Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for the team. Foster a positive work environment. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end operational processes. Resource planning and allocation. Lead, motivate, and develop the team. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes. Manage performance and provide coaching. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Stakeholder management (internal and external). Demonstrate negotiation and influencing skills. Show accountability and ownership. Adapt to change and demonstrate resilience.
