Driver Access Manager

We are the local eyes on Uber’s operations team, and on city-specific business outcomes and bridge our overall business strategy with local needs. We ensure sophisticated, business-critical compliance work is done in a high-quality way and foster the core Uber experience in our cities.
**About the Role**:
We are looking for an individual with strong operational and analytical skills and strategic business sense. In this role, you will lead all aspects of our entire Brazil's earner funnel, including document approval, background checks, and data verifications helping thousands of earners to activate their account on a weekly basis.
This strategic position has an ambitious scope as it handles a critical process with high visibility and several stakeholders. This role calls for a combination of analytics and the skill to operationalize processes in a fast-paced environment.
**What You’ll Do**:
**Business Sense**:Handle daily data pipelines and supervise funnel numbers to understand, and interpret key operational metrics to help determine strategy and action plans.e
**Process Optimization**:Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and dashboards processes across team members, regularly reviewing performance
**Product Improvement**:Proactively search for new features or improvements that could improve the experience and efficiency of our process, measure their impact, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams around to implement the launches.
**Stakeholder Management**:Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional collaborators across operations, to configure, test and implement initiatives
**Problem-Solving**:Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach to improve the earner funnel
**What You’ll Need**:
**Education**: We encourage people from all educational backgrounds to apply
**Years of Experience**: Three or more years of professional experience
**Data-Driven Mentality**:Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture. Data management, treatment, and general manipulation.
**Executional Excellence**:Ability to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
**Planning & Organization**:Ability to build detailed project plans with project stages, achievements, basic interdependencies, and owners
**Coding**:Proficiency in languages and tools like SQL (python preferable) to work efficiently at scale with large data sets, passion for data needed
**Communication**:English proficiency.
