Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide technically sound solutions that meet those requirements. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (Po C) sessions to articulate the value and functionality of complex products or services. Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and technical questionnaires in collaboration with sales and proposal teams. Translate business needs into technical specifications and coordinate with product development or engineering teams to ensure solution alignment. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during client interactions and contribute to strategic account planning. Assist with the deployment planning and post-sale implementation support, acting as a liaison between the client and engineering teams when needed. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide insights and maintain technical credibility. Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, customer feedback, and engagement outcomes in CRM and related systems.
