Role Responsibilities Data-Driven Decision Making : Use internal and external data to support pricing strategies, operational improvements, and business growth. Innovation & Problem-Solving : Identify new opportunities and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency. Engagement & Optimization : Create strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency. Process & Product Improvement : Optimize existing workflows, support product enhancements, and ensure a seamless operational experience. Role Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in data analytics, operations, or strategy role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to drive initiatives and lead projects with a structured approach. Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills (SQL knowledge is a plus but not required). Fluent English is required.
