SR Operations Analyst

**Activities**
- Reconciliation of positions and finances of B3 listed products (Equities, Futures, Options, and Lending).
- Brokerage and financial reconciliation with market participants.
- Management of guarantees and margin calls.
- Control of financial settlement and positions.
- Management of BTB (Buy to Borrow) and Repurchases.
- Allocation and handling of transfers.
- Opening and closing of systems.
- Ensuring that internal and external customer service is provided within established deadlines.
- Training and developing team colleagues.
- Analyzing situations, solving problems, and implementing service improvements.
- Monitoring and managing projects from Clearings and regulators.
- Identifying and proposing improvements in communication, procedures, and systems within the department.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
- Previous experience in post-trade operations, clearing, and financial settlement.
- Knowledge of B3 listed products (Equities, Futures, Options, and Lending).
- Experience with guarantees, margin calls, and financial settlement control.
- Ability to interact with market participants and perform financial reconciliations.
- Analytical skills to propose improvements in processes and systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Advanced English and Portuguese
