About the Team / Role The Logistics Business Unit helps individuals and businesses move goods efficiently. This role focuses on product operations for the 99Entrega last‑mile delivery service, collaborating with teams in Brazil and China. You will design and implement initiatives that improve the customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Responsibilities Lead product improvement projects using customer feedback from surveys, focus groups, usability tests, and internal reports. Design and launch minimum viable products, conduct experiments, and measure feature impact to identify and solve issues. Coordinate the rollout of new features and projects, communicating updates to all relevant stakeholders. Build trustful relationships and maintain transparent alignment with product, operations, marketing, customer support, safety, legal, finance, and other teams. Qualifications Mandatory: Prior experience in product operations, product management, or project management. Mandatory: Fluency in English for daily interactions with teams in Brazil and China. Differential: Direct experience in logistics, transportation, or last‑mile delivery markets. Differential: Knowledge of design‑thinking processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills for multi‑stakeholder engagement. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Curiosity and willingness to explore market dynamics and user needs through research. Data‑driven mindset and comfort with quantitative analysis.
