About the team/role Our Logistics BU helps individuals and businesses solve daily moving goods challenges, improving lives every day. 99Entrega is our last mile delivery service, using cars, motos, utilitaries, vans, and small trucks. As a member of the Logistics Business Unit, you’ll design and implement initiatives across Brazil’s market and continuously enhance customer online and offline experiences through product features. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding business line and gain hands‑on experience in Product Operations in a hectic, challenging, fast‑paced environment. International contact will be daily, with main stakeholders in China. Project management and organization skills are a plus. In this role, you'll be... Responsible for product improvement projects based on feedback from users (surveys, focus groups, usability tests, internal reports). Responsible for product development by sketching MVPs, designing and running tests to measure feature impact, identifying issues and solving them. Focal point for the roll‑out of new features/projects and communicating them to relevant stakeholders. Responsible for developing trustful relationships to transparently communicate and align with all company stakeholders, including Chinese product teams, Brazilian Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Safety, Legal, Finance, etc. We're eager to be in touch because you have... (Mandatory) Previous experience in product operations, product management and/or project management. (Mandatory) Fluency in English, with daily interactions with English‑speaking teammates in Brazil and China. (Differential) Direct experience in logistics, transportation, or last‑mile delivery markets. (Differential) Design‑thinking process knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Organization skills and able to manage multiple subjects and projects simultaneously. Curiosity to learn new things and explore market dynamics and user needs/behaviors through research. Data‑driven thinking and comfort with quantitative analysis.
