Information Technology Manager

The core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy. This role is a full-time Manager of IT within the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team. Responsibilities Support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems and tools. Design, implement and manage a growing cloud-first corporate infrastructure and networks. Provide customer-facing first-line support to employees via Slack, Jira, etc.; own the support experience. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and retrieval of tech for all employees. Design, test, build, document programs and policies; contribute improvements to knowledge base. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, craft help articles and automate routine tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents; prioritise help desk tickets effectively. Contribute to projects over sprints and document work in Jira; operate with agile methods. Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring To Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc. Experience with open-source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta. Experience with APIs and integrating systems; remote support across multiple time zones. Strong communication skills: clear, friendly, concise; culturally sensitive. Security mindset and understanding of PGP; networking fundamentals and OSI model troubleshooting. Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams; comfortable with ambiguity. Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS. Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
