We are seeking a strategic User Acquisition expert to drive performance-led growth across our mobile ecosystem in LATAM. This role owns the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy, from planning and executing campaigns across major ad networks to scaling what works through rigorous experimentation and optimization. Leveraging deep expertise in mobile attribution, creative testing, and growth channels, you will play a critical role in accelerating sustainable user growth as we continue building our super app across multiple markets. Responsibilities Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across major paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, etc.). Manage and optimize large advertising budgets to maximize ROI and maintain strong CAC performance. Partner closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to improve funnel performance and post-install metrics. Own and scale creative testing pipelines, expanding top-performing assets while ensuring brand consistency. Evaluate and pilot new user acquisition channels, technologies, and measurement frameworks to improve efficiency and scale. Lead and scale digital growth initiatives across multiple user acquisition channels and markets. Build, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive sustainable, data-driven user growth. Own large paid media budgets, ensuring strong ROI and CAC through continuous experimentation and optimization. Requirements 3+ years of hands‑on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably for mobile products. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Deep understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution models (CTIT, re‑attribution, SRNs, etc.). Proven experience managing large paid budgets and optimizing campaigns toward ROI/CAC goals. Demonstrated ability to build hypotheses, run experiments, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
