You will be part of the Controllership team, whose mission is to provide Financial Information Reports and analyses with a high degree of accuracy, working to optimize the board's decision-making process, making management and strategic planning more agile and efficient.By joining us you will have the opportunity to work with autonomy, an innovative style and ease in solving problems. If you have advanced English, expertise and desire to face this challenge, this job is for youAs a Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager, you will be responsible for:
Financial Reporting to C-Level and other Internal and External Stakeholders;
Ensure the quality of the financial information used by the company;
Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes, facilitating documentation and cross-functional collaboration;
Work with the FP&A teamin Forecast and Budget Processes;
Lead initiatives to enhance SAP Group Reporting (GRP), focusing on scalability and integration within the broader SAP ecosystem.Ensure that the systems used to account for Revenue, Costs and other relevant financial data are correctly parameterized, and provide visibility on possible improvements and projects that are being carried out on these fronts;
Measuring and tracking KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and taking corrective action where required;
Lead the consolidation process and the preparation of quarterly financial result releases (non-statutory), aligned with internal and external stakeholder requirements;
Deep dive analysis and ad hoc projects.What is indispensable for the Job?Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
Data driven decision making skills, and focus on process automation and efficiency;
Graduation in Accounting;
Ability to workin a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with different teams and under time constraints;
Exceptional written andverbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity;
Advanced English;
Advanced Officepackage.What else would we love to see?Prior knowledge in Business Intelligence analytical tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
Knowledge in SAP system;
Previous experience in Internal or External Audit.EBANX offers:
